Within 48 hours* of receipt, if you have ordered merchandise no longer desired, you may return it by notifying us, and requesting a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER for your returning package.
*This policy is strictly enforced, and exceptions must be made in advance.

STOP AN ORDER which has not yet been shipped, a $15.00 administrative fee
will be assessed prior to the refund of amounts previously charged to
credit card. A 10% re-stocking fee is charged for multi-unit orders.

We will credit your credit card account for the price you paid for the merchandise ONLY after it arrives to us undamaged and in original condition, less any necessary deductions. **We are not responsible for damages incurred in transit. Any freight claims for loss or damage will be the responsibility of the customer.

After receiving our authorization for return, please pack items carefully with padding on all sides of each item, and fill the entire package with packing material so that items do not move inside.

You must ship to us via FedEx or UPS/SIGNATURE REQUIRED for purposes of proof of delivery. Shipping charges to and from are not reimbursed in these instances. _____________________________________
