 you are located. 

National carriers experience delays in normal GROUND shipping times during
holiday periods.  Only AIR shipments are guaranteed for certain arrival 
times during this time.

NO-SIGNATURE REQUESTS: Requests for leaving packages without signatures are not 
recommended, and are left at the risk of the purchaser. We suggest that you 
provide a location where a signature may be obtained for proof of delivery.
We are not responsible for losses due to this type of request.

All products are inspected to be free of defects in manufacture.
If you discover damaged merchandise or a flaw in 
your product upon receipt,
please notify us within 48 hours, (800) 708-5414,
and we will issue a call tag to have it picked up 
and replaced.
 After this time period, we do not accept returns without 
pre-arranged exceptions.
 Purchases of discontinued items and custom orders 
are not returnable.

Within 48 hours* of receipt, if you have ordered merchandise no longer desired, you may return it by notifying us, and requesting a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER for your returning package. *This policy is strictly enforced, and exceptions must be made in advance. _____________________________________ * * CHANGES TO SUBMITTED ORDERS - To return a package, or to STOP AN ORDER which has not yet been shipped, a $15.00 administrative fee will be assessed prior to the refund of amounts previously charged to credit card.
